Participants will develop practical skills in:

Programme structure
The course is delivered through a structured series of 9 interactive online sessions for small cohorts, allowing for active participation, discussion and skills rehearsal. Learning is supported through:
Interactive teaching and discussion
Practical exercises and modelling
Participant presentations and rehearsal
Workplace-based practice between sessions
Observation and feedback activities
Final assessed coaching assignment based on real practice
Participants are expected to apply their learning throughout the programme within their own workplace settings.
